Matrix guidance forms.

The complementary and alternative methods in assistance (CAM) all emphasize a holistic vision, but are divided into four large groups for practical reasons.

To keep the overview and to be able to group a number of therapies with common characteristics, we have tried to divide them into a matrix structure according to the most important focus (" entrance gate ") of a therapy .

The starting point is "authentic life". "Life" evokes concepts such as "acceptance" (there is what there is), acceptance, experience, experience, openness, joy, pleasure, self -realization, authenticity, self -knowledge, self -realization, ... and many others.

Authentic life therefore assumes:

o A healthy, open, strong and flexible physical body
o Freedom of emotional loads from the past
o Freedom of mental patterns or beliefs
o Living from your spiritual core value

Each of these groups is represented within Naturopathics.

Spiritual therapies:

Authentic life means living from one or more (spiritual) core values (love, freedom, simplicity, ...). Discovering someone's core value can help give meaning and meaning to life. Unlike religious values, someone discovers his spiritual values themselves.

Mental therapies:
Everyone lives with a number of more or less fixed beliefs or thinking patterns that can or may not limit someone. People often identify with certain "picked up" thinking patterns, and thus become "unfree".

Energetic therapies:
The energetic body (sometimes also called emotional body) contains non-visible, often non-measurable, but by practice, perceptible energetic structures such as an aura (energy field around a body), chakras (connections between the energetic and
Physical body), meridians or Nadis (through which Ki, Chi, Prana or "Life Energy" flows), and emotional charges that can show themselves as exaggerated emotions. Many people carry old emotional charge for years, which prevents them from in the "now" truly free to live

Physical therapies:
The name itself is clear. These therapies focus mainly on the structure of the body itself, muscles, bones, joints. However, many of these treatments also exert a favorable influence on the psychological level.
